The investor will gain access to the confidential documents and CRE Console will send an email to the broker notifying them a new investor has signed the property’s CA.
What information is included in this notification?
We’ll provide you with the investor’s name, phone number and email address, so that you can follow up with them.
What if I am on the road and don’t have access to my computer?
This email is in an easy-to-read text format, so that you can view this information on any email enabled, handheld device.
What if an investor faxes a copy of the CA, rather than executing the electronic CA?
