What is CRE Console?

CRE Console is a new transaction management platform which aims to enhance the efficiency and liquidity of the middle market transaction segment of the commercial real estate industry. We do this by leveraging the most innovative technology and opening a fluid communication loop, where users request new features and we build it and educate our customers how best to use it.

As the site evolves, we will begin to conduct detailed analytical research so that our users may leverage our resources to their fullest potential. This research includes monitoring new marketing techniques and reporting which ones work best.

What is CRE Console NOT?

CRE Console is not a general listing website for any commercial property. Even we will admit there are better web-based platforms for certain types of properties. Other sites, such as Loopnet, will consistently outperform CRE Console. Instead, CRE Console performs best when serving experienced investment sales professionals who market investment grade, income producing properties. These listing are usually more confidential in nature and require a more targeted marketing campaign than a general listing service can provide.
