CREConsole.com was built to serve the needs of commercial real estate investors and capital markets brokers. Our platform aims to increase accuracy, transparency and efficiency with every service we provide. Some of the ways we’ll do this are:
Accuracy. We strive to maintain one of the most accurate investor databases in the industry. We will do this through unrelenting research as well as allowing investors to access their own profiles directly.
Transparency. Our platform will soon provide investors access to objective 3rd party market data, so that they may underwrite opportunities more efficiently and objectively.
Efficiency. By leveraging the latest technology, we aim to increase broker and investor productivity. Our platform automates many of the repetitive processes many participants perform manually. Examples include investor correspondence and client reporting functions.
