CREConsole.com was built to serve the needs of commercial real estate investors and capital markets brokers. Our platform aims to increase accuracy, transparency and efficiency with every service we provide. Some of the ways we’ll do this are:
Accuracy. We strive to maintain one of the most accurate investor databases in the industry. We will do this through unrelenting research as well as allowing investors to access their own profiles directly.
Transparency. Our platform will soon provide investors access to objective 3rd party market data, so that they may underwrite opportunities more efficiently and objectively.
Efficiency. By leveraging the latest technology, we aim to increase broker and investor productivity. Our platform automates many of the repetitive processes many participants perform manually. Examples include investor correspondence and client reporting functions.

CRE Console, LLC was founded by Joshua Zader and Jon Harper, in collusion with a small cabal of commercial real estate advisors from around the United States.
JOSHUA ZADER is an entrepreneur with a dual background in commercial real estate and web development.
Starting as an investment administrator for Lennar Corporation in the mid-90s, he has since helped launch a variety of online startups. Today he lives and works in Carson City, Nevada.
JON HARPER specializes in just the kinds of difficult data management problems one encounters while tackling online marketing, statistics, and analytics for the commercial real estate industry.
He received two B.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Appalachian State University, graduating at the top of his class. Today he lives and works in Charlotte, North Carolina.
